Numerosas han sido las caratulas que han visto mis ojos, algunas realmente buenas y otras algo un tanto desafortunadas. Pero hay portadas que realmente me han resultado muy llamativas debido a la originalidad o al talento del artista e independientemente del contenido musical. Aquí va una pequeña lista de las que más me han gustado:
BLACK SABBATH - Tiene caratulas muy buenas, aquí os dejo tres: Black Sabbath, Sabbath bloody Sabbat y Heaven and hell
SCORPIONS - Sus portadas siempre tuvieron bastante polémica, incluso algunas se censuraron. En la foto: Animal magnetism, Lovedrive e In trance.
IRON MAIDEN - Sus portadas me parecen geniales y todas tienen en común a la monstruosa mascota del grupo llamada Eddie. Aquí os dejo unas cuantas: The number of the beast, Fear of the dark y Powerslave.
METALLICA - Tiene portadas excelentes, sobre todo las de sus primeros discos. En la foto: And justice for all y Master of puppets.
TWISTED SISTER - Stay Hungry. (Eso si que es tener hambre).
THE DOORS - Strange days
THE ROLLING STONES - Sticky fingers. (Un paquete que desató polémica)
RUSH - Moving pictures. (Tiene otras portadas que también son muy buenas).
QUEEN - News of the world
WHITESNAKE - Lovehunter
MEGADETH - Rude awakening. (Vaya despertar, no quisiera ser yo).
ALICE COOPER - Raise you fist and yell
SUPERTRAMP - Crisis, what crisis?
PINK FLOYD - Wish you were here. (Me quedo con ésta pero tienen otras portadas que también son sensacionales).
